AIM Machinery has a history of engineering excellence. Our goal is to always engineer equipment that matches the application perfectly and provides durability and efficiency without being over- fabricated and over-priced. Our people have the know-how to make this happen; senior executives and managers, licensed Professional Engineers with decades of experience building machines for the Metals Industry, set the example for remaining staff. Our design and drawing tools include Finite Element Analysis, AutoCAD for 2-D work, and Inventor for 3-D modeling. Our designs take advantage of readily available materials and components. Considerations for the selection of component manufacturers include quality, cost effectiveness, and customer preference. An important design consideration includes how the machines are to be transported, assembled (if necessary,) and installed at the customer’s plant. This is particularly important if installation must occur during a production outage.
