The majority of our equipment fabrication and assembly occurs at AIM Manufacturing in LaPorte, Indiana. This 60,000 square-foot facility is set up for building large pieces of equipment. The receiving area includes two saw lines and a burning bed. There are multiple fit-up stations, and a large welding area. Our machine shop includes a 6” horizontal boring mill with a 25’ X 6’ table and 8’ of vertical travel, and a 5” horizontal boring mill with 40’ of horizontal travel and 8’ of vertical travel. Additional capabilities include sandblasting, painting, and machine assembly. Overhead cranes include 20 ton and 10 ton capacities. AIM Manufacturing is also available for performing “build-to-print” work for customers not requiring engineering services as part of their purchase.
